The project for the construction of the new Dedeman logistics warehouse in Bacau on DN2 (E85) has begun. The warehouse will have the dimensions in the plane of approx. 256 m long and 140 m wide, with an attic height of max. 12.50 m. For access to the sites, a roundabout will be arranged.

Dedeman Bacău logistics warehouse with a built area of 24,000 sqm, a road of approx. 22700 sqm and connecting roads of 4800 sqm. At the entrance will be arranged a roundabout of 1865 sqm.

The warehouse and transhipment hall has a usable area of 1740 sqm and a height of 8.5 m; the administrative body has a usable area of 570 sqm and a height of 7.48 m.

Pharmaceutical warehouse floor and ground floor with offices, 4000 sqm ground floor building area and developed area of 4374 sqm.

Hală depozitare, platformă parcare, împrejmuire, rețele incintă și construcții aferente rețelelelor.

Hale adiacente cu funcțiuni de producție și depozitare, inclusiv părți sociale și birouri aferente, împreună cu anexe tehnice, platforme, drumuri și parcări auto.
